The Free Company Mercenaries keep busy all year round. You can see us in person at a couple of different locations:
SWFF - Sherwood Forest Faire
Founded by one of our FCM members, George Appling, Sherwood Forest Faire tells of the epic adventures of both King Richard The Lionheart, and Robin Hood of the Forest.
Free Company Mercenaries helps to choreograph many of the battles that are enacted in the Forest. Be sure to visit us on the weekends in March and April (including Spring Break Friday). Click the link below to visit Sherwood's website.
Sherwood Forest Faire
SWFFSC - Sherwood Forest Faire Summer Camp
Founded by one of our FCM members, George Appling, Sherwood Forest Faire Summer Camp allows both children and adults to frolic in the woods and learn about many of the same skills and trades that were popular in the middle ages.

Sherwood Forest Faire Summer Camp
NBRF - New Braunfels Renaissance Faire
New Braunfels Renaissance Faire is one of the newest faires in the state of Texas. Free Companies Mercenaries helps to choreograph one of the entertainment stage shows. We host a melee battle for kids and adults that everyone enjoys.

New Braunfels Renaissance Festival
SitS - Swords in the Sun
Founded by our Companies members, Swords in the Sun is a drop in day of all things combat. We often hosts different classes that work on functional movements to help with balance, agility, and strength. Other classes provide choreography and private lessons with the weapon of the day.
